Procedure

ARMOR FORMULA offers a "30 Day 1 for 1 Quality Assurance Program". Giving you peace of mind when purchasing your ARMOR products.

This program is designed so that you can enjoy the best quality product and a good shopping experience.

If you received the goods with quality issues, 

1/ Please email us with the order invoice and the photo of the goods to admin@armor-formula.com, within 30 days of receiving your purchased product to apply for the exchange of the goods. 

2/ Your claims application will be investigated and we will contact you within 7 working days. 

3/ Once your application is approved, you will get the “Confirmation” email. Please bring belong with the confirmation email, original invoice, defective products & packing (as the proof of purchase) to proceed with goods exchange by a/ person at ARMOR FORMULA office or b/ postal:

a/ By Person at ARMOR FORMULA office during office hours:

• Address: Rm 1016, 10/F, ONE MIDTOWN, 11 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T., Hong Kong
• Office Hour: Monday to Friday, 10am – 8pm (Appointment only for 7pm - 8pm)

b/ By Postal:

• Send back the defective goods with the copy of the invoice and packing to ARMOR FORMULA office (address as above). The completely new products will be sent out in 3 working days with shipment notification, once received the returned goods. 

^(#The shipment cost, for sending back the defective goods and collecting the brand-new products by courier, will be borne by the customer. ARMOR FORMULA will bear the postal cost of sending the brand-new product but will not take responsibility for the risk of loss via post.)

Terms and condition

1/ ARMOR FORMULA “30 Day 1 for 1 Quality Assurance Program” ( “Program”) only valid for 30 days from goods received day (Recorded by courier). If no exchange application within the time period, the transaction will be regarded as a success. ARMOR FORMULA will no longer accept any application and will not take any legal responsibility for it.

2/ ARMOR FORMULA will not take any responsibility for any problems caused by the misuse of the products.

3/ “Program” will not include “Customized product”.

4/ Any returned item can only be exchanged for the same item of the same model

5/ All goods cannot exchange for cash or refundable.

6/ Number of exchanges is unlimited within the period, but product damage caused by man-made is not limited to this.

7/ This program is valid for Global, but only for the goods with the original invoice from ARMOR official store. The delivery schedule will be different from the different couriers, and the customer needs to bear the shipment cost.

8/ ARMOR FORMULA reserves all rights on the change, cancelation, and suspension of all promotions and terms and conditions. 

9/ In case of any dispute, ARMOR FORMULA reserves the right of final interpretation.
